Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Alamance Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. Joel Long officiating.Mr. Higgins was born on June 19, 1928 in Guilford County, son of the late Avery Walter Higgins, Sr. and Swannie Hanner Higgins.
