Axel de Chevron Villette is a French-born entrepreneur who established Clever Rental LLC, a successful real estate investment and management firm in Sarasota, Florida. Before entering the real estate sector in 2014, Axel had a distinguished career in finance, spanning nearly 15 years with some of the world's most prestigious financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Capital. His expertise centers around economics, quantitative finance, and advanced mathematics.
Raised in France, Axel is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. His global perspective is further shaped by his experiences living in London for 12 years, Tokyo for one year, and Sarasota for over a decade.

In his financial career, Axel specialized in trading exotic interest rate derivatives. He worked in highly competitive markets, where his strategies generated significant profits for his employers. Axel holds a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from ESTACA, where he graduated as valedictorian. In 2022, he completed a Master’s in Quantitative Finance from HEC Paris with first-class honors.
Axel met his wife in Paris in 1999 and married in 2005. Together, they have two children. His wife is also an entrepreneur and artist, having opened a coffee shop in Sarasota that supports local artists.
