Aydan Sattler’s Biography

Aydan (she/they) is a life-long gamer and super nerd. They first began playing video games on DOS, cutting their gamer teeth on Commander Keen, Duke Nukem (the original side-scrolling variety), and The Dig. Today, they can usually be found on Steam or the Playstation Network under Wysiwyg Visions. Their current favorite games include the Tales of series, Final Fantasy XV, Genshin Impact, and Eastshade. Their go-to video game buddy is their bearded dragon, Yona, who provides moral support and commentary… when she isn’t trying to eat the Steam Deck. Aydan has been a copywriter since 2017 and has been presenting video game panels at conventions since 2010. When Aydan isn’t saving the world in a video game, they can usually be found cosplaying, entranced by a fantasy novel, or fossil hunting.
