Chemically modified DNAzymes-based electrochemical sensor for binary and highly sensitive detection of reactive oxygen species
Chemically modified DNAzymes-based electrochemical sensor for binary and highly sensitive detection of reactive oxygen species Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play a critical role in regulating various physiological processes. To gain a comprehensive understanding of their distinct functions in different physiological events, it is imperative to detect binary ROS simultaneously. However, the development of the sensing method capable of binary ROS detection remains a significant challenge.
Cross-triggered and cascaded recycling amplification system for electrochemical detection of circulating microRNA in human serum
Cross-triggered and cascaded recycling amplification system for electrochemical detection of circulating microRNA in human serum A cross-triggered and cascaded recycling amplification system was developed for electrochemical sensing of microRNA 122 based on DNAzyme/multicomponent nucleic acid enzyme cleavage technique and dumbbell-shaped probe. The linear range and detection limit were obtained to be 1 fM–100 pM and 0.34 fM, respectively.
Cross-triggered and cascaded recycling amplification for ultrasensitive electrochemical sensing of mutant human p53 gene
The identification and detection of mutant p53 gene is of significant importance for the diagnosis and treatment of different cancerous diseases. Based on an endonuclease-assisted, cross-triggered and cascaded recycling amplification strategy, the construction of a simple electrochemical sensing platform for ultrasensitive detection of mutant human p53 gene is described.
