Barbara Burke’s Biography
A probing journalist and an educated person, my writing reflects my values - I believe that the role of a journalist is to tell a story so that it grabs the reader and is both though-provoking and entertaining when appropriate. I received a BFA in Broadcast Journalism with a Public Relations minor from the University of Arizona and I am also a juris doctorate who has practiced law. I live in Malibu, California and I am available for freelance journalism and ghost writing opportunities. References and further writing samples are available upon request.
