Fashion Reloaded: Pensioners conquer the fashion show
The idea for “Fashion Reloaded” was born from the textile legacy of a loved one. Madlena Komitova, head of the City of Vienna’s pensioners’ clubs, wanted to breathe new life into the clothing treasures. Together with *Klub+ Atelier* manager Irena Reichel, the project was launched: senior citizens create and present their own collection. At the show on September 10 at Vienna Fashion Week, the senior citizens impressed on the catwalk with a variety of elegant and stylish pieces.

ferrari zöchling: wearable art for the catwalk and everyday life
On 10 September 2024, Romana Zöchling and her label Ferrari Zöchling presented their latest collection at Vienna Fashion Week, which set both fashion and social trends. Flowing two-piece suits in shades of green, colourful print tops, bold trench coats and dresses with fabric prints and material mixes were showcased by the models. Particular highlights were the striped two-piece suit and the shiny metallic suit, which emphasised the diversity of the collection.
AVANI: Mix-and-Match-Extravaganza
At MQ VIENNA FASHION WEEK 2023, the Austrian label AVANI Collection, under the creative direction of designer Anja Avramovic, presented a collection that showcased classic elegance fused with a modern sensibility. AVANI’s showcase was a composition of classic elements, featuring gracefully flowing outfits accompanied by bold, vibrant accents. The interplay of satin and silk textures gave the collection a modern twist, emphasizing the clear character traits of AVANI Fashion.
MarS: Brand with a Message
Fairy tales can come true, as demonstrated by Austrian designer Marlen Sabetzer-Till and her marvelous fashion-art creations under the label MarS at the MQ Vienna Fashion Week 23. It was a magical spectacle of MarS originals, a dreamy catwalk performance, and classical music. The fact that many of the MarS designer pieces were admired on the red carpet and in the audience beforehand spoke for itself.
