Nardilysin: classical functions and new horizons in autoimmunity
Abstract Autoimmune diseases affect 5–10% of the global population, with a prevalence of 13% in women and 7% in men. Despite advances in immunology, the molecular basis of immune dysregulation remains limited. Nardilysin (NRD convertase, NRDc), a zinc-dependent metalloendopeptidase, has been identified as an enzyme involved in this dysregulation.

4.1 Descriptive statistics Table 2 presents the main descriptive statistics of the variables used in the analysis, focusing on the circular economy, climate risk index, time trend, domestic material consumption, ecological quality, GDP per capita, and ICT development. The skewness, kurtosis, and the Jarque–Bera normality tests shown in Table 2 suggest that most variables deviate from normality.

Abstract : The phospholipid fatty acid method was used to determine the shifts in microbial biomass due to irrigation with reverse-osmosis (RO) concentrate (or highly saline reject water) and brackish groundwater (BGW). In this greenhouse study, RO concentrate and BGW were applied to irrigate pecan trees for 8 months for two consecutive seasons.
