What was your first job as a journalist?

We'll have to wait and see!

Have you ever used a typewriter?

Uh, no.

How is social media changing news?

Everything is fast-paced. If you aren't breaking your news on Twitter, you aren't the first one to be breaking it.

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter for sure. Getting instant bites of news is both satisfying and accommodating to a busy schedule.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I covered girls' tennis and girls' swim team. I was also an opinion editor, so I formatted the opinion section for each print issue.

What's your favorite drink?

Mountain Dew is pretty good, but chocolate milk is up there too.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
