Benjamin Cher spent a year at a boutique public relations (PR) agency managing technology clients and dabbling in financial PR.

An avid reader and follower of technology, his exposure to a major systems integrator showed him that there was more exciting technology out there. Deciding that it is more interesting to write about technology than about clients, he decided to take the leap and join Digital News Asia.
