Benjamin Stevens

I'm an NCTJ Gold Standard journalist, having graduated from a Sports Journalism MA at Liverpool John Moores University.

In February 2024 I founded Total Futsal (IG: @total_futsal_), England's largest futsal media platform, with the purpose of shining deserved light on men and women's futsal from across the country in a modern and engaging format. In October, I was published in BBC Sport writing about English futsal's complex development. My work within the game has also taken me to Manchester for the UEFA Futsal Champions League and most recently to Loughborough University, covering the England Futsal national team's journey in their home European qualifiers against Spain and Switzerland.

My mission is to continue covering this fascinating sport's journey in England in order that it be appreciated by a wider mainstream audience.
