Benjamin Adams, DDS, MSD, Endodontist Dentistry, is the founder and owner of Richmond Endodontics in Richmond, Indiana. He focuses on microscopic endodontics, using advanced technology to support patient care. Since opening the practice in 2023, he has emphasized minimally invasive procedures, modern anesthesia, and dependable treatment methods. His consistent dedication has earned him a strong reputation in the state and a five-star rating from patients who value his approach.
Benjamin Adams Endodontist uses modern dental tools to enhance results, including the Zeiss PROergo® surgical microscope, which supports precision in treatment. He was one of the earliest professionals in Indiana to begin using GentleWave®, a system for minimally invasive root canal therapy. With over 8,000 procedures completed, this method has allowed for thorough cleaning and reduced discomfort. He also relies on EdgePro™ Laser Disinfection for every procedure, ensuring comprehensive care with each treatment.
Adams delivers anesthesia using the WAND/STA and X-Tip intraosseous systems. These tools offer quicker and more precise numbing than standard techniques. His earlier career included 17 years as Vice President at a respected state-endodontic practice. Benjamin also worked as an Associate Professor at a dental school in Indianapolis, where he mentored students and residents in endodontic methods. He contributed to academic instruction, clinical training, and published research. In addition, he gave national lectures on surgical techniques, dental technology, and anesthesia delivery.
Beyond his professional roles, Adams supports the local community through active involvement and donations. In 2024 and 2025, he was one of the top contributors to the Wayne County Women’s Fund, which focuses on education and healthcare for women. He also volunteers with an organization that supports women and children experiencing homelessness.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science from a university in Muncie, Indiana, and a DDS and Endodontic Residency from a dental school in Indianapolis. His efforts during training earned him recognition for achievement in endodontics and clinical excellence. Adams maintains CPR and Basic Life Support certifications and completes over 30 hours of continuing education each year. He is a member of both national and state dental associations.
Born in Indianapolis on October 24, 1974, he was raised in Zionsville in a family emphasizing hard work, education, and faith. His father, an endodontist, and his mother, a former teacher who homeschooled their children, played essential roles in shaping his values. He is one of eight siblings, many working in medicine, education, and media. His early years were spent involved in sports, scouting, outdoor activities, and motorsports, all of which encouraged discipline, commitment, and teamwork.
