2021 - Individual achievement award

I was awarded an individual achievement award for my work overall at The Las Cruces Sun-News as well as for two stories in particular. One story resulted in the rescue of two boys who'd been kidnapped to Mexico by a non-custodial father who was also a sex-offender and the other story was an in-depth look at Las Cruces's most notorious crime, a quintuple homicide that still isn't solved after 30 years.
