The pitch offered a concise structure, specifying key aspects: career earnings, endorsements, and successful ventures. Additionally, it encouraged a comparative approach, contextualizing Jordan's wealth within the broader sports industry. This well-organized, insightful pitch provided a roadmap for a comprehensive yet concise exploration of the financial empire built by the basketball icon, making it a standout example of effective pitching.

What's the worst pitch you ever got?

I received a pitch about a Kenyan musician, and it was the worst for several reasons:It lacked specificity; it didn't mention the full artist's name or provide any context about their work or significance. It didn't highlight what made this musician noteworthy or why readers should be interested. A glaring absence of any unique angle or story hook rendered it unappealing to potential readers. The pitch lacked professionalism, containing numerous grammatical errors and lacking a clear call to action.Overall, it lacked research, effort, and understanding of effective pitching techniques.
