An Open-Access Multi-modal Dataset for Cognitive, Motor and Cognitive-Motor Tasks
Abstract Open neuroimaging datasets are important for developing reusable analysis methods, but many available resources focus on isolated tasks or single modalities. Here, we describe a multimodal dataset acquired from 30 healthy adults during three sessions of seven cognitive, motor and combined cognitive-motor tasks. The protocol includes N-back, mental arithmetic, passive arm movement, motor imagery, active motor execution, N-back arithmetic and a full cognitive-motor condition.
Factors influencing nurses’ knowledge on peripherally inserted central catheter care in Guizhou, China: A web-based cross-sectional study
Abstract Understanding factors influencing nurses’ knowledge of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) care is crucial for developing interventions to improve knowledge and ensure care quality. However, evidence remains limited in low-resource areas. This study aimed to examine factors influencing nurses’ PICC care knowledge in Guizhou Province of China, and to explore potential differences across hospital levels.
Novel difficulty scoring system for endoscopic submucosal dissection in early gastric cardia cancer: multicenter Development and validation
Abstract Background/Aim Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for early gastric cardiac cancer (EGCC) faces anatomical challenges. This study aims to develop and validate a predictive model for ESD difficulty in EGCC, providing a basis for matching difficulty levels with endoscopists’ experience. Methods This multicenter retrospective study included 514 EGCC patients from five tertiary hospitals (2017–2025).

The relationship between physical activity and overactive bladder among American adults: a cross-sectional study from NHANES 2007–2018 - Scientific Reports
Abstract This study aimed to explore the association between physical activity (PA) and the risk of Overactive Bladder (OAB) in American adults. This analysis comprises a cross-sectional study of comprehensive population data collected from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys spanning the years 2007 to 2018. Adults were categorized into four PA patterns (inactive, insufficiently active, weekend warrior, and regularly active) based on self-reported PA levels.

Evaluating Passing Capacity in High-Speed Rail Hub Stations: Multi-Objective Optimization for Multi-Directional Train Routes
1. Introduction As the pace of railway infrastructure construction slows, optimizing the utilization of existing railway network capacity has emerged as a critical concern for railway operators. Station passing capacity, a critical component of overall railway capacity, plays a pivotal role in railway transportation systems. Railway hub stations enable smooth travel for passengers, facilitating both interchange and service for origin and destination travelers.

Learnable Nonlocal Contrastive Network for Single Image Super-Resolution
Abstract : Single image super-resolution (SISR) aims to recover a high-resolution image from a single low-resolution image. In recent years, SISR methods based on deep convolutional neural networks have achieved remarkable success, and some methods further improve the performance of the SISR model by introducing nonlocal attention into the model.
Gallium nitride-based resonant cavity light-emitting diode with single-longitudinal-mode emission
Abstract A novel, to the best of our knowledge, gallium nitride (GaN)-based resonant cavity light-emitting diode (RCLED) with single-longitudinal-mode light emission was demonstrated. A Ta2O5/SiO2 dielectric distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) with a filter-film structure was adopted as the top mirror.

Use of a smartphone for intelligent detection of cyromazine based on Tween 20 modified gold nanoparticles
Use of a smartphone for intelligent detection of cyromazine based on Tween 20 modified gold nanoparticles In this work, we designed a simple and intelligent method to detect cyromazine. After original citrate stabilized AuNPs were modified with Tween 20, they could maintain stable under complex conditions of different pH values (5.5-8.0) and high ionic strength.
Nasal microbiota and symptom persistence in acute respiratory tract infections in infants
Abstract Acute respiratory tract infections (ARI) in infancy have been implicated in the development of chronic respiratory disease, but the complex interplay between viruses, bacteria and host is not completely understood.
Dynamics of respiratory symptoms during infancy and associations with wheezing at school age
Abstract Children with frequent respiratory symptoms in infancy have an increased risk for later wheezing, but the association with symptom dynamics is unknown. We developed an observer-independent method to characterise symptom dynamics and tested their association with subsequent respiratory morbidity. In this birth-cohort of healthy neonates, we prospectively assessed weekly respiratory symptoms during infancy, resulting in a time series of 52 symptom scores.
