"Markets In Turmoil" Dow Suffers Worst Streak Since 2011, Yield Curves Collapse
Nail-biter... or Cliff-hanger? (Stallone is The PPT, the girl is the market, the carabiner is The Fed, the guy in the other chopper is CNBC) Despite reassurances that a) rate-hikes are priced-in, 2) rate-hikes are bullisher for stocks than rate-cuts (why would The Fed raise rates if everything was not awesome?), and thirdly) buy the dip! It appears the rising rate-hike probability is 'coincidental' with markets turmoiling...

17 Entered... Despite the onslaught of attacks from the other 16 GOP Presidential nominee candidates, Donald Trump came out the 'winner' in his usual brash manner threatening to run as an independent and able to dominate the conversation, pitbull back at any jibes, and shrug off cozy Clintonite comments. Ted Cruz and Rand Paul appeared to have a strong showing but "had a tough night" in Trump's words.

Dramatic Footage: How Venezuelans Get Milk Powder
It's been a sad week for Venezuela. First, on Wednesday we showed what happens to local supermarkets when formerly Latin American paradises run out of other people's money. Then, the next day we showed what happens when in the aftermath of scenes such as the one above the social mood turns violent, and how what was once supposed to be a socialist utopia paradise ends uplooking like a warzone.

Another Day, Another V-Shaped Manic-Melt-Up Recovery In Stocks (To Unchanged)
After 3 days of magical buying on no volume after heavy volume dumps, this seemed appropriate... "if you don't buy the dip, then you are a f##king idiot" First things first... Fed Funds Futures prices tumbled (implying a big shift higher in rates expectations)... But more importantly in the US, another day, another opening dip, and another melt-up V-Shaped Recovery... "Say A Little Prayer" Bill Gross Warns, "Zombie Corporations Now Roam The Real Economy"
Having exposed the reality that the world's capital markets are a manipulated shell game, Janus' Bill Gross has a message for the perpetual bulls in his latest letter to investors - "say a little prayer." Gross continues, "low interest rates are not the cure – they are part of the problem," warning that ZIRP has enabled, "a host of zombie and future zombie corporations now roam the real economy. Schumpeter’s 'creative destruction' – the supposed heart of capitalistic progress – has been neutered.
Donald Trump's Top 30 Insults
Amid the 16 (yes sixteen!) candidates for Republican Presidential nominee, there is one, and only one, that stands above the rest in terms of sheer un-filtered, un-political, and some would say un-presidential outspoken-ness. In an oustanding aggregation of abuse, The Hill has documented Donald Trump's Top 30 insults (so far in the 2016 campaign alone)... In no particular order... Perhaps just as troubling for The Republican Party...
