John Wick Hex will be delisted from all platforms on July 17
27 minutes ago Engadget John Wick Hex, a stylish and well-received game based on the John Wick movies, will soon no longer be available to purchase. In a statement on the title’s Steam page, publisher Big Fan Games says it will be delisted from all platforms on July 17. After that date, the publisher said, those who have already acquired the tactical action game from a digital storefront will still be able to download it. Physical console copies will still work too.

It’s interesting to talk about the character named Tron and the franchise named after him. It was one of the “bigger swings” that Disney took back in the day, and while it wasn’t the biggest hit ever, it did become a cult classic. It grew to such fan love that not only did they eventually make a sequel, but the franchise was featured twice over in the beloved Square Enix/Disney crossover series Kingdom Hearts.

Bithell Games' Mike Bithell has announced that card-based spy game The Solitaire Conspiracy will be heading to Nintendo Switch in early June. The game sees you play through a variation of Solitaire, but given a unique twist where the decks represent various spy agencies, with certain decks offering special abilities that change up how you play and make you think tactically about how to clear the board.

The goal when making Hex was to make a game that felt like the action scenes in the film series, and while it definitely does, I can’t help but think the game is being held back by it’s budget. John Wick Hex is a strategy game, a surprisingly fast and smooth one at that.

John Wick Hex heads to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam in December
Bithell Games' Mike Bithell has announced that strategic shooter John Wick Hex will be heading to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam from December 4. Coming by way of Good Shepherd Entertainment as publisher, the game—which originally launched via the Epic Games Store late last year before a PS4 release in May of this one— will release as a physical product as well as digitally on the aforementioned formats.

The new game from the Thomas Was Alone and John Wick Hex studio tells the story of Protego, an agency who boasts the best spies from around the world but is destroyed before the start of the game, leaving its agents and their crews scattered.

It's that time of week again when we round up all the best new iOS games of the past 7 days, and even though almost all of my attention is focused on impatiently awaiting Super Mario Odyssey's release this Friday, there's still a number of cool mobile games on my radar this week. The post-apocalyptic survival game Sheltered is high on my list, as is the latest Sega Forever release, the completely obscure but very Halloween-appropriate platformer Decap Attack.
'Subsurface Circular' from Bithell Games Is Now Available on iPad
Subsurface Circular [$4.99 (HD)] from Bithell Games just had a surprise release on the App Store. This iPad only game is designed to be played in a single sitting. Subsurface Circular is a unique take on the old adventure game genre. You play as a detective on board the Subsurface Circular investigating disappearances. With this, two of the three Bithell Games releases are on iOS. I wonder if we will ever get a touch version of Volume.
