Meet Leo Woodall: The White Lotus's Essex boy turned Bridget Jones star
It’s been a long time since the nation was enraptured by an Essex boy. The sheen of Love Island has completely tarnished and The Only Way Is Essex feels like a distant fever dream. But then, for a short period in 2022, a fresh delegate had everyone – even those who should know better – weak at the knees. It was The White Lotus’s Jack, a cheeky chappy West Ham fan with a Cockney twang and highly sensitive nipples. So what about the man behind the Cowabunga neck tattoo?
Book Excerpt: Dime Magazine Drag
Before the 1890s, female impersonators could be seen only at Milwaukee’s Dime Museum, a cabinet of curiosities operated by Kohl & Middleton. Their rotating collection included electric ladies, strongmen, 20-toed babies, 500-lb women, snake charmers, leopard spotted men, albinos, Aztec warriors, living dolls, frog children, ventriloquists, dog tamers, jubilee singers, African lion-slayers, tattooed women, men with 10-foot beards, dancing cockatoos, taxidermied Sioux warriors and Texas giants.
Five Ways to Begin Your Book
Five Ways to Begin Your Book My favorite part of writing is the beginning of a book. It’s exciting because I feel free to do anything I want. I haven’t painted myself into a corner yet. Or questioned who came up with this stupid plot? Or slogged through the middle where I’m looking around for a character or two to kill. The beginning is full of promise. But for that reason, it’s critical to get off on the right foot. Oftentimes, staring at the blank screen is intimidating and for good reason.

Review by Heidi W, Reviewer Last updated on 04 Sep 2019 My Recommendation 4 1\2 stars From start to finish the book is a who is Blazes father protecting and why. The story feels as if something is missing a back story as to who the Judge is or when Blaze and Jake first met. The start of the series is great but the ending leaves the readers with a quick ending and not as satisfying as expected. Restless Heart is a second chance romance with a ending that ties everything up in a nice little bow.
Iron Will & Justice at Cardwell Ranch
Review by Heidi W, Reviewer Last updated on 22 Jun 2019 I Recommend This Book Yes The book can be a stand alone read or part of the series. The characters are interesting and readers know right away what is happening but not who is after them. The characters are well written and their background makes since as the story progresses. The romance is another insta love with of course a happy ending but it takes some times to get there. Their is action, redemption and romance.

Review by Heidi W, Reviewer Last updated on 09 Jun 2019 I Recommend This Book Not Really The story is a predictable Harlequin Suspense romance. The villains are given to readers right away. Motive, reason everything is present with very little question what will happen and how the story will end. When this happens the romance and characters interactions keep readers hooked. The author isn't able to pull that off and the story falls flat.
Review: Justice at Cardwell Ranch by B.J. Daniels
Review: Justice at Cardwell Ranch by B.J. Daniels 10th Jan 2013 Jess @ Gone with the Words Book Reviews From the moment I received Justice at Cardwell Ranch, I was totally intrigued. I mean, look at that cover! Hot cowboy? Sign me up! The story is a murder mystery at its core, but it’s also about family and realizing where home really is. This is actually a sequel of sorts to Crime Scene At Cardwell Ranch.
