Differentiation of Lingxiaohua and Yangjinhua by chloroplast genome sequencing and DNA barcoding markers
Analysis of repeat sequences The distribution of different SSR types in Lingxiaohua and Yangjinhua is listed in Table 3. SSRs in Jimsonweed are also listed for comparison. In the three genomes, mononucleotide SSR motifs were the most abundant. There were significantly more dinucleotides in Yangjinhua compared with Lingxiaohua and Jimsonweed. Hexanucleotides were only present in Yangjinhua. The distribution proportion of SSR motifs in Yangjinhua and Jimsonweed was similar.
