Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, former SaaS executive, and founder of Warrior Husband, a global movement committed to restoring marriages and raising biblically grounded leaders. Decades of business leadership, personal trials, and faith transformation have shaped his mission. The 2008 financial collapse and a cancer diagnosis became turning points that deepened his commitment to helping men lead with love, integrity, and spiritual authority in their homes.
Raised in Syracuse, New York, Robert F. Gerace, Sr., pursued higher education at Hillsborough Community College, St. Petersburg Junior College, and Tampa College before earning a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida. In 1998, he founded Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving high-level medical and financial clients with secure, compliant, and high-availability IT systems.
The company grew into a multi-million-dollar enterprise with over 100 employees, supporting hundreds of thousands of field workers worldwide. However, in 2008, Bob’s business faced intense economic strain, compounded by his cancer diagnosis. These crises tested his faith and resilience, yet through prayer, scripture, and the steadfast support of his wife Debbie, he experienced profound spiritual renewal that redefined his life’s mission and leadership approach.
In 2015, Bob launched Warrior Husband to address the struggles of men who excel in business but falter in marriage and spiritual leadership. Through scripture-based teaching, structured mentorship, and accountability, he developed transformational frameworks such as the Warrior Sanctification Method, which has impacted over 10,000 men in more than 10 countries, guiding them toward lasting change.
Warrior Husband programs progress from the crisis-focused Jumpstart to the six-month Inner Circle immersion. Participants commit to daily scripture study, brotherhood accountability, and direct mentorship, confronting challenges like communication, intimacy, and reconciliation. Bob’s approach calls men to reject cultural distortions of masculinity and instead follow Jesus as the model of humble, servant leadership grounded in truth.
