1 Introduction Pb2+ is a common heavy metal contaminant in the environment [1]. According to the China National Bureau of Statistics, the discharge of sewage water containing poisonous metals is rising with the years. In 2020, the discharge of Pb2+ reached 26.28 tons [2]. Due to its bioaccumulative and non-biodegradable characteristics, the low concentration of Pb2+ will harm the central reproductive system, nervous system, kidney, and liver, especially for kids and expectant women [3].
