Rehab budget and project tracker for flippers: 14-day free trial, from $29/mo
Technology · Member since 2026 · 15 posts · 2 votes USA, Nationwide · Member since 2024 · 220 posts · 96 votes 40m Budget vs actual by line item is the part that matters most once a lender is in the deal. A simple way to track rehab budget vs. actual so overruns don't sneak up on you

First fixer upper closing this week
Forum Categories All Member since 2026 · 3 posts · 0 votes Hi all, I'm Brandon. My wife and I close on our first fixer upper this week and we'll be running the rehab ourselves. I spent the last several years as a software engineer, so I'm building an app to keep our budget, contractors, receipts and punch list from getting away from us. I'm here to learn from people who've done this before, and I'll share what we figure out along the way. Any advice you wish you'd had on your first rehab is welcome.
