As a resident of District 33, I do not feel like we are being represented at the Statehouse. Since the 2020 election, our representative, J.D. Prescott, has not held a single public town hall to answer constituent’s questions. The one town hall he participated in was held at a private venue, was not openly advertised, and was not even announced until a few days before the event.
I am a resident of District 33 and am represented by JD Prescott. On February 22, I checked into my representatives Facebook page to see if he had posted any updates on the current legislative session that was in process. Representative Prescott had made a post at 2:26 pm regarding HB1005 which will affect school funding if passed in the coming years.
