What does it mean to be a journalist?

I'm an telecom analyst who writes to tell stories because most journalists are not specialized or understand the history of AT&T.

expose, investigate, take to court.

I played the piano, was in a rock band, and was illiterate.

IRREGULATORS v FCC -- we uncovered one of the largest accounting scandals in America's telecommunications history.

investigate don't repeat corporate press releases.

I read stories, not publications.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?

the kids don't have a clue about the history. they don't understand how infrastructure works and thinks 5G is real.
