Hi everyone, my wife and I moved to Salt Lake City from Iowa about a year ago. Now that were starting to actually get settled down we want to start getting into some real estate investing. Our long term goals are to eventually become full time investors and get out of the "rat race". I see real estate as a great vehicle to do that. I bought my first investment property when I was 18.
