I’ll confess; Byron Bay is my kind of place. I love the laid-back atmosphere, the quirky coffee shops and bars and, of course, the stunning beach. So, to be honest, I’d be happy in a cardboard box if it meant I was still getting my daily dose of sun, sea and sand. But a cardboard box, Elements of Byron Resort & Spa is most certainly not. Think more like a bunch of uber-stylish cabins, surrounding a stunning lagoon pool.
