Cami Dominguez

Cami Dominguez is a San Francisco State University journalism and political science student who is the KQED “Raul Ramirez Diversity in Journalism” intern. As an award-winning journalist, recognized by the San Francisco Women’s Political Committee, Cami has previously served as El Tecolote’s 2024 election reporter and an editor for SF State’s student newspaper, Golden Gate Xpress. Cami has reported on homelessness, local elections and union activity. As an aspiring political reporter, their mission is to amplify the voices of often overlooked communities. Outside of journalism, Cami can be found obsessively following local politics or jamming out to classic rock tunes.
