While she began her career in occupational therapy, Camille Brochu has been working in high-end catering since 2002, when she founded a business with her husband. Creative Hands Cuisine provides memorable food experiences for social events of all kinds, carefully crafting themes and displays that ensure guests will enjoy more than just the food. As the head designer and inspiration guru, Camille stays on top of current trends and helps guide each client through the planning process to ensure the menu and presentation meet their vision. They have successfully catered thousands of events and worked with prominent clients like Pepsi, Nordstrom, and FedEx.
