Carissa Gray
Carissa Gray’s Biography
Gray earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in sociology from Georgia Southern University in 1997 and a Master of Arts in English from the same institution in 1999. She was a lifelong learner who continued to pursue graduate studies at Georgia State University during her tenure as a professor.
Gray is an expert at integrating technology into the classroom to create an instructor's dynamic and engaging educational experience. She is also very good at communicating and disseminating information about these techniques to colleagues, understandably and practically. Her expertise in this field led to the formation of her organization, ITC.
Her public speaking relatability is well known, making her a natural choice for presentations at large and small conferences and workshop leaders in more focused sessions. While Gray's current work primarily focuses on higher education, her techniques and tools are also valuable investments for secondary school leaders and instructors looking to create a more dynamic learning environment focused on student success.
