Caroline Kisko’s Biography
Caroline Kisko is a leading UK figure in dogs and canine welfare. She spent more than two decades at The Kennel Club (now The Royal Kennel Club), including serving as Kennel Club Secretary and Director of Communications, and became a widely recognised public voice on responsible breeding, dog ownership, welfare legislation, and dog-related public policy.
She champions dog welfare and public education, promoting humane training and opposing electric shock collars. She also works with local authorities and national organisations to develop practical, dog-friendly approaches to issues such as dog control and fouling.
Known for communicating complex policy clearly and accessibly, Caroline is a trusted spokesperson across broadcast and print media, as well as at live events.
She also supports the sector through charitable work, serving as a trustee of The Jean Lanning Foundation and assisting the Greyhound Trust in rehoming retired racing greyhounds.
