Cashmir Luke has decades of practical knowledge of the medical industry. He completed clerkships in a variety of different specialized fields in addition to nutritional pharmacy and IV channel infusion. Cashmir worked as a respiratory therapist at the neighboring Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie before becoming manager and clinical pharmacist at Baltimore's Bon Secours Hospital. Cashmir also worked as an intern pharmacist at the Baltimore Walmart Pharmacy. Receiving, filling, and distributing prescriptions for pharmacists was one of his responsibilities. He taught patients about proper medication and over-the-counter pharmaceutical usage, informed doctors, healthcare professionals, and the general public about drug-related issues, handled insurance claims, and set product prices. He collaborated closely with physicians at Johns Hopkins Hospital's clinical pharmacy to choose the best drugs for patients.
