Cassie Welander’s Biography

Cassie Welander (née Sims), is a scientist turned communicator based in south Sweden.

After completing her PhD in Insect Chemical Ecology in 2020, Cassie completed a postdoctoral fellowship and now works in Marketing & Sales for a scientific company. Cassie’s writing has been featured in Nature Careers, Society of Chemical Industry, Medium and SoapBoxScience.
