With nearly 70 locations in California, Texas and Washington, family-owned restaurant chain Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market plans to open a new location at 24420 Alicia Parkway Suite A in Mission Viejo, according to a pending liquor license application with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Mendocino Farms will open in the new ground-up development, Alicia Landing, alongside a Dave’s Hot Chicken franchise, among other tenants.
FISH DISTRICT, a group of restaurants serving fresh, healthy and environmentally friendly seafood with an international twist, plans to open a new express takeout location at 2509 S. Broadway K30 in Santa Ana by the end of November, according to co-owner Alexander Knyazevskiy. “We’re trying out a ghost kitchen concept,” said Knyazevskiy, who owns FISH DISTRICT with Marina Sergeyeva and Irina Rapp.
