"Stop Calling Soy Sauce Soy" in TASTE, because it went through a long, bumpy road to find a publication but made it!

What's the most common misperception about your beat?
Food writing with a home-cooking bent, not typically chef-driven. Also, reporting on agriculture & policy, since that affects what we eat.
