Comparative analysis of treatment response to PSMA radioligand therapy using Ga-68 PSMA-11 and F-18 DCFPyL PET imaging
Abstract Purpose: Multiple prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET tracers are used for patient selection in radioligand therapy (RLT). This study compared treatment response to RLT across different PSMA tracers. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed patients who underwent Lu-177 PSMA-617 RLT with baseline imaging using either Ga-68 PSMA-11 or F-18 DCFPyL PET. PET parameters were measured, including SUVmean, SUVmax, and total tumor volume (TTV).
Bioinspired Engineering of Polygonum multiflorum Root Nanovesicles Regulates Dermal Papilla Cells In Vitro and Stimulates Human Hair Follicle Growth Ex Vivo
Abstract Introduction: Polygonum multiflorum (PM), a traditional medicinal herb, is renowned for its regenerative effects on hair growth; however, its therapeutic application has been largely confined to crude extracts. Recent advances have highlighted plant-derived nanovesicles (PDNVs) as natural carriers of bioactive molecules. This study aimed to evaluate the hair growth–promoting potential of nanovesicles derived from the roots of Polygonum multiflorum (PM-NVs).

Harnessing exosomes as cancer biomarkers in clinical oncology - Cancer Cell International
Owing to a difference in origins, exosomes have a highly heterogeneous molecular composition [70, 161]. Hence, the study of exosomes should be conducted individually. Otherwise, the heterogeneity would not be properly detected in the bulk analysis. Bulk-level analysis methods like mass spectroscopy or ELISA may give inaccurate results in detecting exosome heterogeneity; hence, these methods are not preferred [162]. Currently, EV analysis is limited to surface proteins only.
