The Hype vs. Reality Gap: Anyone else struggling to get actual user feedback?
I have been tasked with gathering user feedback from real estate investors for a new digital tool. On initial contact, investors seem genuinely interested in the concept. However, after they are provided access and given time to test it out, they go completely silent. When following up for feedback, there are zero responses. For the market study of this tool and to accurately report back to the project creators how should this silence be interpreted?

Hi all, I’m an out of state property owner with a place in the Dayton area, and I’m currently looking to have a repair taken care of. I was hoping to see if anyone has a contractor they’ve personally had a good experience with and would recommend. I’d also really appreciate any advice on the best way to find someone reliable locally. Nothing major at the moment, but I’m hoping to find someone I can continue working with over time.
How are you currently handling maintenance and contractors?
For those investors that are self managing and have a couple of properties how do you currently handle repairs ? Would you say it's hard to keep track or once you have a system in place it's like nature to you ?

Feedback about a workflow program
I am in the midst of building out a project and would like to gather feedback that would help me form the useability and demand for it. The idea is a platform for an inventor to keep everything in a centralized place so you never get lost in a lead. So for example you get this property from your agent, You probably have a spreadsheet, folder , research platforms to then make a decision.
Section 8 rental advice
As many of you already know or have seen , algorithms already know your an investor so you keep seeing content of the is topic. My question is relative to section 8 it seems like all pros since the gov pretty much guarantees rent every month so what can be the cons. Obv it's lower income people/families and possibly "worse" areas.

Looking for a seasoned investor
Hi there, I’m looking to connect with a seasoned real estate investor in the Cleveland or Dayton, OH area. I’m just getting started in this market and would really value the chance to speak with someone experienced—whether it’s to learn the ropes, share perspectives, or simply talk strategy. I’m hoping to build a long-term connection with someone who’s active in the area—ideally a relationship where we can support each other’s growth, exchange ideas, and potentially collaborate down the line.

I have been researching on how to invest out of state due to my local market. I have primarily been focusing on cleaveland oh. I feel confident enough to look for a property to purchase however the properties that I am seeing either are old or don't make money. I know the current situation with the market. Should I start in cleavland and look at different sub markets or should I look for another state.
Choosing a location to purchase my first rental
Hi all , my strategy is basically finding areas that are dense in population in a good neighborhood and have a demand for rentals and have cash flow. However I am unable to correctly identify ‘ research this and I am having analysis paralysis. would you say to just find high cashflowing areas or should I just find an agent and trust his word.
