Charlotte Reck’s Biography

I am an NCTJ Gold Standard–accredited journalist and news reporter with experience at CNN International and The Observer, and a recipient of the Journalism Diversity Fund.

Storytelling is my greatest love. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been asking questions, stitching the pieces together, and revealing landscapes that reflect truth.

I also work alongside a small team at Wilderness Studio to source, research and produce short documentary films focused on community, culture, and public interest.

I worked in education for a decade, first as a Learning Support Assistant specialising in Special Educational Needs and later as a fully qualified English teacher. I founded an online tuition company in 2021.
