Causal reinforcement learning for personalized adaptive interventions in mild cognitive impairment
Abstract Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) prevention demands personalized, adaptive strategies, yet current clinical guidelines rely on static, experience-based approaches. We developed a causal reinforcement learning (CRL) framework integrating individual treatment effect (ITE) estimation via T-learner with Conservative Q-Learning (CQL) to optimize adaptive MCI interventions in continuous action spaces.

Graphene Oxide Nanosheets as Direct Photosensitizers for Photodynamic Therapy in a Size‐Dependent Manner
1 Introduction In the past few years, photodynamic therapy (PDT) as a non-invasive anticancer approach has drawn increasing attention due to its high irradiation selectivity and low systemic toxicity [1-4]. Basically, PDT is dependent on the photosensitive molecules, namely photosensitizers (PSs), which induce the generation of excessive toxic reactive oxygen species (ROS) under the irradiation of specific lights, such as near infrared light (NIR) [5-7].
From behind the scenes to the forefront: dietitians’ ambition to highlight their expertise
Since the implementation of the registered dietitian system in China, the field of nutrition has garnered increasing attention. However, no comprehensive survey has been conducted to evaluate dietitians’ job satisfaction or their perspectives on current nutrition-related policies. This cross-sectional study of 1416 nutrition professionals reveals that dietitians report significantly lower job satisfaction compared with nutritional doctors.

From behind the scenes to the forefront: dietitians’ ambition to highlight their expertise
Discussion This study presents the first nationwide cross-sectional analysis of Chinese dietitians, providing a comprehensive assessment of their job satisfaction, professional identity and personal accomplishment. The results indicate that dietitians scored significantly lower than nutritional doctors across the three surveyed aspects: job satisfaction, professional identity and personal accomplishment.

Promotion or prevention: regulatory foci as moderators in the job demands–resources model - Human Resources for Health
This study applied the JD–R model and RFT to examine the relationships between job characteristics, personal motivational traits, and well-being among Chinese medical staff using two cross-validation samples. Consistent with earlier studies using the JD–R, job resources (Study 1: psychological safety; Study 2: servant leadership) were positively associated with affective commitment and job satisfaction following the motivational process.
High Resilient Asymmetry and Anomaly Detection Based on Data Causality
1. Introduction Asymmetry detection in the context of tunnel construction safety assessment and prediction is referred to as abnormal building tilt rate detection [1,2]. To be more specific, the safe/unsafe conditions of a tunnel construction site are partially reflected by the settlement of key locations, i.e., symmetry conditions denote safety, whereas asymmetry conditions denote unsafe conditions.

Accelerometer-measured intensity-specific physical activity, genetic risk and incident type 2 diabetes: a prospective cohort study
Complete case analysis was used in this study. We presented descriptive statistics in counts and percentages for categorical variables, and means and SD for continuous variables.

Optimization of Vibration Parameters for Red Jujube Trees with Different Diameters
Abstract : Vibratory harvesting is the primary method used to harvest red jujubes. This study aimed to improve the efficiency of vibratory harvesting for red jujubes and identify the optimal parameters for harvesting at different jujube tree diameters. A model for the forced vibration dynamics of jujube trees was established, and a three-dimensional model was constructed for different diameter variations.
Research and Validation of Potato Late Blight Detection Method Based on Deep Learning
Abstract : Late blight, caused by phytophthora infestans, is a devastating disease in potato production. In severe cases, this can lead to potato crop failure. To rapidly detect potato late blight, in this study, a deep learning model was developed to discriminate the degree of potato leaf diseases with high recognition accuracy and a fast inference speed.
