Effect of lanthanum nitrate on adipogenesis in mice
Supporting Information Filename Description jat4558-sup-0001-Figure S1_1.tifTIFF image, 126.6 MB Figure S1. La (NO3)3 inhibited adipogenic differentiation of C3H/10 T1/2 cells. The cells were induced by medium (Insulin, Dex, IBMX and T3) and treated with La (NO3)3 in different concentrations. On day 8, the intracellular TG contents were quantified using assay kits, and the protein expression levels of PPARγ, C/EBPα, C/EBPβ, LRP5 and β-catenin were measured.
