Inhibition of salt-inducible kinases reprograms T cells and antitumor immunity in ovarian cancer
|
Abstract Patients with metastatic high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma are often unresponsive to immunotherapies; here we identify salt-inducible kinases (SIKs) as key drivers of immunosuppression. Human T cells in the presence of patient ascites express high levels of SIK and the upstream kinase LKB1, whereas SIK inhibition reprograms human T cells and strongly activates antitumor responses.

ISLKG: The Construction of Island Knowledge Graph and Knowledge Reasoning
3.1.4. Knowledge Extraction The second stage in the instance layer of the island knowledge graph is to extract knowledge from the obtained data by using the ontology library for the island. After data collection and processing, structured and semi-structured data can be directly translated due to their predefined structures. For the triples required for the island knowledge graph, no more knowledge extraction is needed.

Bismuth single atoms supported CeO2 nanosheets for oxidation resistant photothermal reverse water gas shift reaction
Bismuth single atoms supported CeO2 nanosheets for oxidation resistant photothermal reverse water gas shift reaction Xiaoxiao Kang, Dachao Yuan, Zhiqi Yi, Chenyang Yu, Xiaoxian Yuan, Baolai Liang, Xingyuan San, Linjie Gao, Shufang Wang and Yaguang Li Abstract Photothermal reverse water gas shift reaction (RWGS) is one of the most important green technologies for CO2 utilization. However, the intermittent of photothermal RWGS makes all catalysts inactive due to the air oxidation.

Ultrathin NiMn layered double hydroxide nanosheets with superior peroxidase mimic performance to natural HRP for disposable paper-based bioassay
Ultrathin NiMn layered double hydroxide nanosheets with superior peroxidase mimic performance to natural HRP for disposable paper-based bioassay The major obstacle in developing nanozymes which are considered as promising alternatives to nature enzymes is their moderate performance, including poor affinity to substrates, low catalytic activity, and severe pH-dependence.
