Late-Stage Functionalization of the 4-amino-2-Pyridone Chemotype Using Electrochemical and MCR approaches
Late-Stage Functionalization of the 4-amino-2-Pyridone Chemotype Using Electrochemical and MCR approaches We report the development and application of different strategies for the late-stage functionalization (LSF) of the biologically relevant 4-Amino-2-pyridone chemotype. Using the recently discovered PCSK9 inhibitor 5c as prototype, a series of electrochemical LSF (e-LSF) and multicomponent LSF (MCR-LSF) have been set-up to decorate the 4-amino-2-pyridone scaffold.

Magnetism and DFT Interrogation of A Doubly Carboxylato Bridged Co(II) Derivative Anchored with A ‘Scorpionate’ Precursor: Potential Electrocatalyst for Heterogeneous H2 Evolution
Magnetism and DFT Interrogation of A Doubly Carboxylato Bridged Co(II) Derivative Anchored with A ‘Scorpionate’ Precursor: Potential Electrocatalyst for Heterogeneous H2 Evolution A new doubly carboxylato bridged Co(II) dinuclear complex, [Co(bdtbpza)(NCS)]2 (1) is afforded in satisfactory yield by employing a ‘scorpionate’ type precursor, bdtbpza {bis-(3,5-di-tert-butylpyrazol-1-yl)acetate} and structurally characterized.
Solvent-responsive cavitand lanthanum complex
Solvent-responsive cavitand lanthanum complex Stimuli-responsive supramolecular assemblies are dynamic systems that can reversibly switch between different states upon external stimuli. In this context, metal coordination offers a reliable strategy for the preparation of stimuli responsive supramolecular architectures. Herein we report the preparation of a solvent-responsive cavitand-lanthanum coordination complex.
