Brookshire Grocery Co. has appointed Jerry LeClair as CEO, effective immediately. LeClair had served as interim CEO since February 2026 while continuing to oversee the company’s retail operations, category management, marketing, fuel, pharmacy, logistics and facility services teams. LeClair joined BGC in 2019 as executive vice president and chief merchant officer and was promoted to chief operating officer in 2025.
