Skip to main content Since June 2025, Christian Hürlimann has served as Director of HotellerieSuisse, where he leads the association’s operations and strategic initiatives. A native of Zug, he brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Switzerland’s hospitality and catering industry. Prior to joining HotellerieSuisse, he spent two decades at Eldora AG, most recently as COO Business Catering, overseeing the operation of around 150 restaurants nationwide.
