Was the last Thursday of each month. The group is called SAW Real Estate Investor Meetup and can be found on Facebook.

New Member Looking for Opportunities in Virginia

Currently on Long Island, but looking for opportunities in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia - single family and up to four units to use as rentals. Not up for the additional work of renting to students (yes, I know the money is nice). I'm doing a 1031 from a single-family home here. I've found two places in the 300-350k range; now I just "need" one more in the 200-250k range - probably a 2br/1.5 bath. I do almost all of my own work - plumbing/electrical/sheetrock/carpentry/ and a little HVAC.
