This review summarizes all available data for the most up-to-date and evidence-based guidelines for returning to sport following total knee arthroplasty and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. Patients may return to low-impact sports. They may return to moderate-impact sports if they have prior experience with the sport. There is insufficient evidence for return to high-impact sport.
