Christopher Tang

Christopher S. Tang is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus and the Edward W. Carter Chair in Business Administration at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is internationally recognized for his four decades of scholarship on global supply chain management, risk mitigation, and strategic resilience, with particular emphasis on the intersection of operations, public policy, and global trade. His academic contributions span more than 200 peer‑reviewed journal articles and several influential books that have shaped research agendas in operations management and supply chain strategy.
