Chuck Schmalzried

Chuck Schmalzried is a co-owner of Michelle Construction, a reputable house construction company that produces stunning homes with a classic but contemporary aesthetic. Chuck is passionate about making something out of nothing and has succeeded in building a life around his talents and interests.

Chuck served in Operation Desert Storm with the US Air Force and was honorably retired in 1992. Chuck took up his old hustle of taking odd jobs in construction at this period of his departure and his duty in the Ohio National Guard, much as he did in high school while being mentored by a talented carpenter. He finally began his own homebuilding firm with his father in 1998. (Schmalzried Custom Homes). From there, Chuck and his father learned valuable skills and established a reputation for being highly accomplished and likable artisans.
