Semantic caches reduce LLM serving costs by reusing previously generated answers for semantically similar queries. However, retrieval is based solely on embedding similarity between the incoming query and cached queries. This design enables cache poisoning: an attacker can cache a malicious response under a query with high cosine similarity to benign requests.

The Tg:Pax7-nGFP mouse strain [31] was kindly provided by Dr. Shahragim Tajbakhsh. The C57BL/6 wild-type mice were acquired from LASEC (Laboratory Animal Services Centre) at CUHK.

G-quadruplex (G4) structures, formed from guanine (G)-rich DNA or RNA sequences, have emerged as important secondary nucleic acid structures implicated in various biological activities [1–4]. These structures consist of stacked G-quartets, which are planar arrangements of four G bases held together by Hoogsteen hydrogen bonds [2, 3]. G4 structures are typically stabilized by potassium (K+) or sodium (Na+) ions located between G-quartets [1–3].

We have developed a new embedding method for solving scalar hyperbolic conservation laws on surfaces. The approach represents the interface implicitly by a signed distance function following the typical level set method and some embedding methods. Instead of solving the equation explicitly on the surface, we introduce a modified partial differential equation in a small neighborhood of the interface.
