Churchill Okonkwo’s Biography
A Water Services Specialist at District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority, Washington DC, United State of America. I’ve acquired a thorough understanding of water availability, distribution and multi-disciplinary approaches to planning and rational management of water resources.
I also manage and review developers built water design projects for design adequacy, constructability, maintainability, and environmental impact and provides support during construction. The support includes coordination and communication of outreach with various departments, Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (ANC) and all DC Water customers affected by the construction project.
I have demonstrated the ability to produce research and policy implications briefs on complex problems relating to integrated water resources management, water quality, and environmental communication.
