Photo essay about Tyler Fazio, 19, of Butler, Pa., who went directly from his final chemotherapy treatment to a visit at the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh. Fazio, who is autistic, has a passion for trains and engineering, and thanks to a donation from a local charity, he and his sister will exist in the center's miniature train exhibit for the next 10 years as hand-painted figurines.
