What does it mean to be a journalist?
Being a journalist means accepting the challenge of holding up a mirror to government and society to view itself and become aware.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce it here but it was on the Daily Show feed. Began with an "f" and ended with "clownstick."

Why did you become a journalist?
After a long stint in teaching it was just natural to find an endeavor where I can tell people info they don't know.
